Classes organized for all levels, Different options are provided for every posture. During this practice we observe our state of being with consciousness and softness, using the breath as a guide in every asana.
This style of yoga is influenced by Hatha Yoga (Sivananda and Vinyasa).. It is structured as follow:
- The course starts seated on the ground, to turn inwards and focus on the state of mind, body and emotions that day.
- Followed by pranayama breathing exercises
- Movements to warm up the body: rolling on tennis balls, stretching, soft movements while seated, eye-exercises and sun salutations.
- To come to the largest part of the course: asana practice, we tend to stay for a longer time in the same asana, guided by the breath, looking for balance between effort and relaxation.
- The class is closed by a long savasana, as a moment to fully relax and incorporate all the benefits of the practice.
